1. Information We Collect
Acadexa collects only academic and contact information required to deliver structured education, consultations, and progress reporting: student/guardian full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, academic level, attendance logs, classwork submissions, and weekly assessment records.
2. Under-18 Minor Protection & Guardian Oversight
Where a student is under 18 years of age, Acadexa requires verified Parent/Guardian contact details during enquiry and account provisioning. Guardians may receive read-only portal access to monitor weekly plans, attendance, and assessment outcomes.
3. Staff-Provisioned Access & Data Security
Public self-registration is disabled across the Acadexa LMS. All credentials use cryptographic password hashing, TLS transport encryption, role-based access control, and immutable audit logging. We never sell student or parent personal data to third parties.
4. Data Access, Export & Contact
Students and guardians may request an export or correction of their academic profile at any time by contacting info@acadexa.study.
